Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Please Arrive on Time
We will make every effort to remain on schedule and to respect the time of every client. Please be courteous to others and arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. The Groom Room reserves the right to change or shorten or reschedule a service following a late arrival.
Cancellations/Rescheduling and No-Shows
We will charge the full amount of the service price for a No-Show, or for a cancellation that has not been made at least 2 hours prior to the appointment time. If needing to reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 2 hours prior to the original appointment time.
